To book our wedding photography services you must first telephone David on 07989473208 or email david@dsimages.co.uk to find out if we are available on the date plus it always good to make contact.
Once contact has been made and you have discussed your requirements, please fill in the booking form below and either submit online or print off and post the form with a deposit cheque of £60 to our address mentioned at the bottom of the booking form.

There are two easy methods of booking. |
Please click on the above button to pay your deposit of £60.00 via paypal or credit card. Your booking form will then automatically be sent to DS Images and a receipt & confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by email within 5 working days.

Click on the above button to print off the booking form and send it in with a cheque for £60.00 made payable to DS Images to : DS Images, 8A, Grange Road, Chester, CH2 2AN.
Once we have received your booking form (by email or post) a receipt & confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by post within 5 working days.
